Man Charged In Connection To Break-ins To New Homes, Second Suspect Sought

On Wednesday, patrol officers saw the suspect vehicle and made a traffic stop. Horner was driving the vehicle and he was arrested on outstanding warrants. Bond for Horner was set at $50,000 secured. He remained in jail as of earlier today (August 4). A District Court appearance is scheduled for August 23. The other suspect, Paul Kent Blackwell Jr., had not yet been arrested.
