31-year-old Casey Christen Clark of Miller Hill Road in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (October 25) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation. Clark was jailed under $20,000 secured bond in the Caldwell County Detention Facility. He was not listed in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court appearance scheduled for November 11. Clark was on probation as a result of convictions in Caldwell County in May 2019 for third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Clark received a probation revocation and a 3-month active jail term.
