33-year-old Kady Suzann Fox of Jim Beard Road in Maiden was arrested Wednesday (February 8) by Newton Police Officers. She’s charged with possession of heroin, attempt to break or enter a building, and second-degree trespass. Fox was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,000 bond. She remained in jail as of earlier today (February 10). A District Court date was scheduled Thursday (February 9).
