24-year-old Catlyn Faith Hubbard of Union Street in Maiden has been arrested by Maiden Police for twice failing to appear in court on counts of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also charged with resisting a public officer.

Hubbard was jailed yesterday (October 1) in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $3,000. She remained in jail as of this afternoon. A District Court appearance on the resisting charge was scheduled today with a Superior Court date coming up on October 19 in Newton.
