31-year-old Kyle Brandon Jemmott, with no listed address, has been arrested by Maiden Police Officers. He was charged with identity theft and resisting a public officer. Wilburn was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility yesterday (July 20) with bond set at $15,000. He remained in jail as of this afternoon. A first appearance in District Court was scheduled today in Newton.
