44-year-old Timothy Joe Parlier of Old Tavern Lane in Maiden was arrested Monday (May 15) by Maiden Police Officers. He’s charged with sexual activity by substitute parent or custodian. Parlier was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $75,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (May 16).
