22-year-old Robert Joshua Miller of North 4th Avenue in Maiden was arrested today (November 25) by Newton Police Officers. He’s charged with two felony counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance. In addition, Miller is charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce. Miller was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $3,000 bond. A District Court date is next Monday (November 28).
