42-year-old Jeffrey Alan Lowman of Providence Mill Road in Maiden was arrested Wednesday (March 15) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lowman was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $50,000 bond. A Superior Court appearance is scheduled next Monday (March 20).
