34-year-old Chelsea Lee Crompton of Marshall in Madison County, North Carolina has been charged with murder in the death of four-year-old Hazel Lidey. Crompton was jailed today (November 25) in Catawba County where she is being held without bond. A first appearance in District Court is coming up on Monday (November 28) in Newton.
