TAYLORSVILLE, N.C. (WACB) – 48-year-old Carma Cheryl Jurney of Taylorsville has been sentenced to serve a sentence of 90 days in the Alexander County Detention Center. The term was handed down during a session of Superior Court Monday (July 13) in Taylorsville. It’s related to 2024 charges of felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor second-degree trespass.
