31-year-old Chadbourne Lee Dillard of Highland Bluff Court in Lincolnton was arrested by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers Friday (November 27) on one felony count of fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle. Dillard was taken to the Caldwell Co. Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond. A first appearance in District Court was scheduled today (November 30) in Lenoir.
