NEWTON, N.C. (WHKY) – 51-year-old William Christopher Goins of Lincolnton was arrested by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office Friday (September 18).

Goins faces charges of larceny by an anti-inventory device, shoplifting with concealment of goods. driving while impaired, driving left of center, driving while license revoked, reckless driving to endanger, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The charges stem from cases filed in Catawba County District Court on August 3. Goins was listed with an $8,000 secured bond on the larceny charge and an $8,500 secured bond on the DWI charge.
