41-year-old David Michael Henry of Hatchet Road in Lincolnton was arrested Sunday (October 8) by Newton Police Officers. He’s charged with felony aid and abet armed robbery and misdemeanor resisting a public officer. Henry was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $20,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (October 10). A District Court appearance was scheduled Monday (October 9).
