37-year-old Kala Dawn Stover of Sunset Street in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (February 8) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with felony fugitive extradition to another state. Stover was wanted in Carter County Tennessee on unspecified charges and remains in jail as of this morning with no bond. A District Court date was scheduled for February 8.
