20-year-old Brooklyn Irene Dula of Vance Street in Lenoir was arrested by Lenoir Police yesterday (February 18) for felony possession or manufacture of a weapon of mass destruction. She was given a custody release. She’ll make a first appearance in District Court appearance in Lenoir on Monday (February 22).
