35-year-old Allison Sue Land of Land Street in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (March 14) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was arrested for felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation with a $30,000 secured bond. Land remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for May 8. She was on probation as a result of convictions in Caldwell County in May 2022 for misdemeanor possession of stolen goods and Davidson County in July 2022 for felony obtaining property by false pretense. She received probation and suspended sentences in both cases.
