58-year-old Donna Gail Fox of Brixton Place in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (March 21) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with one felony count probation violation and one misdemeanor count probation violation and jailed under a $25,000 secured bond. Fox remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for May 8. She was on probation due to April 2022 conviction in Caldwell County for misdemeanor possession of schedule IV-controlled substance and received probation and a 12-month suspended sentence.
