33-year-old Erica Dawn Lafferty of Hickory Street in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (May 11) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with two felony counts of failure to appear on various felony charges such as identity theft, forgery of an instrument, uttering forged instrument, financial card fraud, and felony probation violation for being out of county.

Lafferty remains jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $60,000 secured bond and a Superior Court date scheduled for May 15.
