30-year-old Katlyn Brooke Kirby of Nuway Circle in Lenoir was arrested Monday (May 1) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with two felony counts of probation violations and jailed under $40,000 secured bond. Kirby remains in jail as of earlier this morning with no court date listed. She was on probation as a result of conviction in Caldwell County in March 2023 for possession of schedule two controlled substance and received probation and an 18-month suspended sentence.
