37-year-old Jessica Elizabeth Lingerfelt of Calico Road in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (August 27) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with two felony counts of criminal use of counterfeit trademark and failure to appear on misdemeanor counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Lingerfelt remains in jail as of this morning under $4,500 secured bond. No court date was listed on these charges.
