25-year-old Sierra Tolbert Roush of Barlowe Place in Lenoir was arrested Monday (February 13) by Hudson Police Officers. She was charged with felony count of attempting to obtain property by false pretense and received a $3,000 secured bond. Roush was also charged for felony obtaining property by false pretense and given a custody release. She remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for February 14.
