28-year-old Tiera Lashay Carpenter of Crown Court in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (April 18) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with felony trafficking in methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver meth, and misdemeanor carry conceal weapon. Carpenter was given a custody release and was not listed in jail as of earlier today. A Superior Court date was scheduled for May 15.
