21-year-old Isabel Sheyenne Keller of Rocky Road in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (February 2) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with one felony count of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine and three misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Keller remains in jail as of this morning with a 1,500 secured bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for February 27.
