27-year-old Keaisha Alley Mcqueary Winkler of Walt Arney Road in Lenoir was arrested Monday (September 11) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with six felony counts: two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance, and three counts manufacture, sell, deliver, or possess controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. Winkler remains in jail as of this morning in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $1,500,000 secured bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for September 13.

Previously reported on WHKY News, Winkler was arrested on Saturday (September 9) for felony counts of trafficking in opium or heroin & maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance.
