36-year-old Julie Marie Fenner of Hill Street in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (April 9) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with one felony count possession of schedule two controlled substance and jailed under a $7,000 secured bond. Fenner was not listed in jail as of this morning and no court date was listed.
