43-year-old Paula Ann Webb of Walsh Road in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (April 25) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with one felony count probation violation and jailed under a $35,000 secured bon. Webb remains in jail as of early this morning with a Superior Court appearance scheduled for May 5. She was on probation as a result of conviction in Caldwell County in March 2023 for felony possession of schedule II-controlled substance and received probation and a 24-month suspended sentence.
