38-year-old Sandra Jean Hopkins of Laurel Place in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (July 17) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine. Hopkins was processed and released on her own recognizance and was not listed in jail at the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning. A District Court appearance was scheduled for August 7.
