44-year-old Dreama Knight Philyaw of Delwood Place in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (April 13) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with three felonies: possession of methamphetamine, trafficking in meth, and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance. Philyaw remains in jail under a $50,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for April 27.
