35-year-old Megan Nicole Velasquez of Dug Hill Road in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (June 27) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with three felonies: possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver controlled substance on or near a playground. Velasquez remains in jail as of this morning under $65,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for June 28.
