28-year-old Chelsea Danielle Hatley of Deerbrook Road in Lenoir was arrested Friday (October 27) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense and jailed under $3,000 secured bond. Hatley was not listed in jail at the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning. A District Court appearance was scheduled for today (October 30).
