37-year-old Jacquel Yn Michelle Moss of Roy Dula Road in Lenoir was arrested Friday (July 7) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance. Moss remains in jail as of this morning in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $25,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled for July 12.
