21-year-old Madison Brook Mull of Yellow Belle Place in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (June 22) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor failure to appear. Mull remains in the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning under $11,500 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for today.
