45-year-old Devra Marie Fowler of Piedmont Drive in Lenoir was arrested Monday (July 24) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with one felony count possession of methamphetamine and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $5,000 secured bond. Fowler remained in jail as of this morning with a District Court date that was scheduled for July 24.
