37-year-old Shenna Lynn Abernathy of Hayes Place in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (August 17) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with felony failure to appear and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Abernathy remains in jail as of this morning with no District Court date listed.
