42-year-old Paula Margaret Oxendine of Delwood Drive in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (April 4) by Lenoir Police Officers. She’s charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine. Oxendine was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under $50,000 secured bond. No court dates were listed.
