47-year-old Paula Mae Collins of Ridge Street in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (July 21) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle, or dwelling for controlled substance, and possess, manufacture, sell, or deliver controlled substance on or near a playground.

Collins was arrested Thursday afternoon and placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $2,500 secured bond. She remained in jail as of earlier today (July 22). No court date was listed.
