37-year-old Heather Dylan Pope of Medford Place in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (July 8) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with failure to appear on felony possession of methamphetamine and jailed under $20,000 secured bond. Pope remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for September 11.
