36-year-old Crystal Dawn Cruz of Triplett Drive in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (October 10) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with felony failure to appear on three probation violations out of county and jailed under $30,000 secured bond. Cruz remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court appearance scheduled for today (October 11).
