51-year-old Malinda Joyce Berry of Hospital Avenue in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (March 22) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with one felony count possession of schedule two controlled substance, misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule four controlled substance, and misdemeanor driving while license revoked. Berry remains in jail as of this morning with a $5,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for March 27.
