28-year-old Jasmine Danielle Farley of German Street in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (July 27) by Lenoir Police Officers. She’s charged with felony counts of traffic in heroin or opium, maintain a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance, and harboring a fugitive. Farley was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $350,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (July 28).
