33-year-old Erica Dawn Lafferty of Hickory Street in Lenoir was arrested Monday (March 27) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with a misdemeanor count of cyberstalking and a felony probation violation. Lafferty remains in jail under a $23,000 secured bond with a District Court date scheduled for April 26 and a Superior Court date scheduled for May 8. She was on probation as a result of a conviction in Catawba County on February 7, 2023, for felony larceny. Lafferty received probation and a 30-month suspended sentence.
