37-year-old Jessica Elizabeth Lingerfelt of Calico Road in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (September 10) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with misdemeanor counts of failure to appear and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. In addition, Lingerfelt was charged with two felony counts of criminal use of counterfeit trademark and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $6,500 secured bond. She remains in jail as of this morning with District Court dates scheduled for September 18 and October 5.
