27-year-old Keaisha Mcqueary Winkler of Berkley Street in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (March 18) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with one count felony credit card fraud and jailed under a $5,000 secured bond. Winkler was not listed in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for April 21.
