32-year-old Jesse Lorene Estes of Cameo Lane in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (February 22) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with felony breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering with a $20,000 secured bond. Estes remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for February 23.
