37-year-old Amanda Ruth Herald of Boxwood Place in Lenoir was arrested Friday (April 28) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and failure to appear on a felony count. Herald remains in jail as of this morning with a $5,000 secured bond and a Superior Court date scheduled for May 8. A District Court date was also scheduled for May 25.
