39-year-old Julia Ann Bell of Quail Ridge Court in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (June 30) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with two felony counts of breaking and entering. Bell was arrested shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $27,500 secured bond. A District Court date is scheduled for next Tuesday (July 5).
