44-year-old Dawn Diane Paz of Atwood Drive in Lenoir was arrested Monday (September 4) by Granite Falls Police Officers. She was charged with one felony count of attempt to obtain property by false pretense and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $5,000 secured bond. Paz remains in jail as of this morning with no court date listed.
