29-year-old Amber Dawn Goforth of Clarks Chapel Road in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (September 21) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with one felony count assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Goforth was not listed in jail as of this morning and no court date was listed.
