54-year-old Anita Jean Clark of Smokey Creek Road in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (October 10) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with one felony count assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury. Clark remains in jail as of this morning under $50,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for today (October 11).
