31-year-old Kimberly Rose Hodge Katosh of Lenoir was arrested Saturday (February 28) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with felony assault by strangulation, felony fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, and hit and run failing to stop causing property damage. Katosh remains in jail as of this morning with a $50,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for March 22.
